The property listed in this sale will be offered and sold under the following terms and conditions.

1)

Clearing House Auction Galleries Inc. has exercised reasonable care to catalog and describe correctly the property to be sold. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. Neither we nor the consignor make any representation of warranty, express or implied, as to the correctness of description, genuineness, authenticity or condition of said property. The Auctioneers reserve the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of sale. No statement in the catalog or at the sale shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or an assumption of liability with respect thereto.

2)

The highest bidder accepted by the Auctioneer shall be the buyer. In the event of any dispute between bidders the Auctioneer may determine who is the successful bidder, and his decisions shall be final or he may re-offer the disputed item for sale if he so wishes.

3)

Full payment of each purchaser's account must be received on the date of purchase, payment to be made by cash or certified check, unless other specific arrangements have been made at least two days prior to the auction. Items purchased must be removed immediately after each session of the sale unless specific arrangements to hold them have been made with the Auctioneers. The Auctioneers reserve the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank, if the Auctioneers deem such action necessary to protect their interest.

All sales are final. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Auctioneers and request for refunds for items purchased in person at the auction must be made before those items leave the premises.

5)

All purchases are subject to the Connecticut 6% Sales Tax unless the purchaser possesses a Connecticut Sales Tax exemption or resale number and registers that number with the Galleries. Resale numbers from other states are acceptable in Connecticut.

6)

Any Friday Estate Auction will have a 15% Buyer’s Premium applied to all sales
Any general auction or State of Connecticut auctions will have a 10% Buyer’s Premium applied to all sales

Bidding on any article(s) indicates acceptance of these terms.
